Join me, the Pie Master General, for a fun, practical and interactive session and learn how to make my 3 times national winning Steak Pie?
Experienced and novice cooks are all welcome.
Check out this year’s programme. There’s “pies a plenty” but also, many other “lip smackingly” delicious seasonal recipes and dishes for you to cook based on my culinary life and adventures. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​
N.B There are 34 sessions planned for this year but if you have a special occasion outside of these dates then you’re welcome to request a bespoke event.

You’ll be welcomed into a warm and friendly space where you’ll meet the other participants. We’ll take you through the days recipes step by step explaining both the “how and the why”. The sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 people so that we can make the event as personable and instructive as possible.

Our 4-hour sessions will culminate in a multi course dinner with matching wines, beers, or non-alcoholic beverages. All the day’s recipes will be emailed to you.
