Welcome to Poole. It’s a beautiful place! This is a great time of year for fresh fish and seafood. You’ll be preparing a selection of seafood starters with delicious sauces and garnishes. I’ll then show you how to make a fish pie that I guarantee will be part of your culinary repertoire forever! We’ll follow this up with cheese and desert. All served with matching wines.
