Tapas, Pintxos and Small Plates
In this series we’ll be preparing incredibly tasty Tapas from Andalusia together with Pintxos from Navarra and San Sebastian. We’ll prepare some familiar and some not so familiar dishes for your delectation. These dishes will be matched with Spanish Cider, Beer, Wine and Sherry and as always, we’ll provide nonalcoholic alternatives.
